Congratulations on your decision to seek counseling. The counseling experience is a process of exploration and discovery of what is working in your life as well as what is no longer working and limiting your potential. I recognize that there is an emotional journey that takes place to reach the point of seeking out a therapist, as well as strong emotions, that can come up in selecting one. Therefore, I commend you for making it this far. Through exercising the courage that you obviously have, faith in the process, and commitment to reach your goals.
There will be a secure link sent to you in your appointment reminder email to attend session. Although rare, if there are complications with communication we may use an alternative form of tele-counseling such as telephone, Psychology Today or Doxy.me.
